Many people are trapped into a more severe condition due to a very large appetite while her heart does not want to be fat, so many peculiarities and anomalies committed by people such as bulimia or anorexia syndrome. This syndrome is a food that was eaten out for fear of being overweight, causing unusual behavior.

As a way out of the two polar opposites, then eat and drink it regularly with mild exercise followed by a much out of sweat, so that our bodies will stay slim while not malnourished and nutrients needed by our bodies.

1. Eat before the hungry and stop before full.
2. Expand to eat vegetables and fruits because they contain high fiber, so the body's metabolism will run on a regular basis.
3. Reduce heavy foods such as animal fat and junk food that contain lots of fat and cholesterol.
4. Do not eat before bed because it will naturally lead to obesity.
5. The recommended sports are jogging and swimming because it is able to burn fat optimally.
6. Avoid drinking alcohol or medicines that contain lots of amphetamine substances which invites you to fall asleep.
